Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2/3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Wash and dry Pork.
  2. In a baggie mix all the spices.
  3. Put chop in baggie and shake to coat.
  4. Heat olive oil in non-stick fry pan, meduim high heat.
  5. Cook chop 4-5 minutes per side, turning only once for a crisp outside.
