Ingredients:

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tsp cardamom
  • 3 -4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups milk (2% or whole)

Directions:

  1. Simmer water, black tea leaves, cardamom, cinnamon sticks, and sugar for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the milk and heat just until hot.
  3. Strain and serve.
