Directions:

  1. Cut Pineapple and Cucumber according to preference (I recommend pineapple chunks and cucumber slices myself).
  2. Shred the mint.
  3. Combine in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving - this allows the flavors to combine.
