Ingredients:

  • 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, eggs and milk in a blender until smooth. Let sit for 1 hour, then put butter in a casserole dish and melt. Add batter.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  3. Bake pudding for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then lower temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for another 15 minutes. When golden, cut up and serve.
